Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy
The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during this period. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from your billing page to avoid being billed.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period. Because the Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial during which you can evaluate the service, paid renewals are generally non-refundable.
Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances — for example, if you were charged due to a clear technical error on our part, or if the service was materially unavailable during your billing period. Submit refund requests within 14 days of the relevant charge through our support channels.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for EU/UK consumers within 14 days of purchase where digital services have not yet been consumed), we will honour those legal rights. You expressly consent to immediate provision of digital services upon checkout, which may limit your statutory right of withdrawal once you begin using the service.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your card issuer, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address any concerns directly.
Exceptions
Refunds (discretionary or otherwise) may be denied if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
